How to order
Price and Quotation:- Our selling price is in US$ per Piece Or US$ per Gram – FOB-Thailand. Other requirements would be considered case by case. Our price is subjected to change depends on raw materials and current exchange rates. Anyhow, we regularly update the price before sending a quotation to you.
Minimum Order Quantity:- Minimum quantity for the stone size from 1.00 MM. to 3.00 MM. is 1,000 Pcs. / Size and 500 – 100 Pcs. for larger sizes. We will confirm the price with you once we receive your order.
Delivery time:- We usually have stones in various shades of color in stock. We have more than 10,000,000 pcs. in standard quality. In case your order of stone is available in stock, we will arrange shipment within 3-5 days after the full transfer payment is made. For those stones in special sizes that are not available in stock, we will need approximately 7-10 days for production. We will inform you in detail after we receive your requirements of the order, e.g. quantity/ shape/ color and material including your other specifications. This is not limited only to high-quality products such as Baguette, Tapered Square, Marquise, and Oval. Our production capacity is up to 2,000,000 – 3,000,000 pcs. / month.

Shipment:- Shipments are made via E.M.S., FedEx, DHL, T.N.T., and UPS. Should you have other courier accounts besides mentioned above, please give us your account number. For those who do not specify an authorized courier, we will ship your order via the one that offers the cheapest fee.
Term & Payment:- For outbound buyers, we accept full T/T. (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance only.
